Muck-truck History

Although muck-truck is manufactured in the US, the original design came out of the UK from company Deesign Partnerships. Back in the mid-1980's, the family-run business developed the very first mini-dumper, which was sold in the UK through Honda dealerships.

Realising they could improve on their design, in 1986 Deesign Partnerships introduced to the market the Bizzy, a motorised two-wheel drive wheelbarrow that had to be supported by the operator. It was the first product of the muck-truck brand.

Although not as sophisticated as the modern Bizzy model, the early Bizzy set the muck-truck benchmark for usability and quality manufacturing, with some of the early models still in use today.

Over the past two decades, muck-truck has continued to expand and remains the industry’s leading innovator.

Using customer feedback, experience and research, muck-truck’s powered wheelbarrow’s, including MAX and Bizzy, outstrips competitors in design, technology, quality and usability.

muck-truck is available worldwide, and is distributed and serviced in Australasia by MEY Equipment.
